• The selected papers are recommended for " Micro and Nano Systems Letters (MNSL)".

• Prospective authors are requested to submit an 1-page paper (maximum 2-page) in English on pdf format.

• All papers submitted to JCK MEMS/NEMS 2023 will be presented in oral sessions or poster session.

• Authors are asked to submit a 1-page paper (maximum 2-page) in A4 size. Microsoft WORD users may wish to download this WORD template.

Paper Submission Procedure

• Attendees  who submit papers please register before August 18th, 2023. The conference secretariat will confirm with the corresponding author once the submission is received. This submission step is to gather the basic presentation information and generate the conference schedule.

• Please send your final paper in format to micro@kimm.re.kr by August 18th, 2023.

Poster Presentation

• The poster size must be less than W900mm x H1800mm.

Notification of Paper Review Result

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee according to standard review procedures.

• The confirmation of type of presentation (Oral or Poster) you will be sent by August 31st, 2023.

• Please note that notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author and presenter only.

• If you have not received the notification, please send an email to the secretariat (micro@kimm.re.kr) with your abstract information.
